These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Delta Obscura Services. By using this platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Delta Obscura Services operates as a marketplace platform connecting customers with independent cybersecurity mentors.
Delta Obscura Services does not provide mentorship services directly and is not a party to agreements formed between customers and mentors.
Each mentor listed on the platform is an independent seller and acts as the seller of record for their services.
- Mentors are responsible for delivering purchased services
- Mentors determine refund eligibility in accordance with platform policy
- Mentors are responsible for applicable taxes and legal compliance
By using the platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Engage respectfully with mentors and other users
- Use the platform for lawful purposes only
- Not misuse, scrape, or attempt to disrupt platform functionality
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Customers agree to pay all applicable service fees, platform fees, and transaction fees displayed at checkout.
Delta Obscura Services charges a platform fee for facilitating transactions. Processing fees may be passed on to customers where permitted by law.
Booking terms, mentorship duration, and deliverables are defined by the mentor.
Progress, outcomes, or results are not guaranteed. Mentorship is an educational service that requires active participation from the customer.
Refunds are governed by the platform Refund Policy and are handled by mentors as the sellers of record.
Delta Obscura Services does not issue refunds directly unless required by law.
Users are encouraged to resolve disputes directly with mentors. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of access to the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delta Obscura Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
All services are provided on an “as-is” basis.
Delta Obscura Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for violations of these terms or misuse of the service.
These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
